Following the rebranding of the Recharge.com platform, one of the company’s key goals was to strengthen customer trust. Consistency became essential — and illustrations played a central role in achieving it.
To bring the new brand to life across all touchpoints, I developed a cohesive illustration system aligned with the updated visual identity. This included creating assets for the new app onboarding flow, transactional steps, and the lifecycle email journey.
I built an extensive illustration library of custom illustrations depicting the many situations a Recharge.com customer might experience, ensuring a unified and engaging brand presence everywhere they interact with us.
